This notice describes the current public PCBCalc.my calculator website. We will review this policy if hosting arrangements, analytics, contact forms or advertising services change. PCBCalc.my is independent and does not claim government affiliation.
Calculator entries
In the supplied version, salary, family and deduction fields are processed by JavaScript in your browser. The calculator does not currently include an account registration system or a server API to submit those entries. We do not intentionally collect or store your calculator inputs in a PCBCalc.my database. Avoid entering names, identity numbers or other unnecessary identifying details.
Browser storage
The site may use your browser's local storage to remember language selection (English/Bahasa Melayu), light or dark theme and limited preferences on preview pages. You can clear local storage in your browser settings. These preferences are stored on your device, not in an account.
Hosting and technical logs
This site is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security or error logs in order to deliver and protect the site. The operator has not independently confirmed exact log retention periods; for provider-specific details, consult Cloudflare's current privacy documentation.
Contact information
There is no built-in contact submission form. Emails sent to [email protected] are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the project's verified Gmail inbox. These services may process the information you choose to send. Please do not share sensitive payroll records or identifying documents.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
No Google AdSense or analytics tracking has been configured in this content update. If ads or analytics are added later, we will first update this policy to identify the services, cookie use, consent requirements where applicable and available choices. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies and similar technologies when their services are enabled; users can manage Google's personalised advertising settings at My Ad Center. That is a future possibility, not a claim that such cookies are currently in use.
Other websites and your choices
Links to HASiL, KWSP, PERKESO and other external resources follow those organisations' privacy practices. You can adjust browser storage permissions and avoid supplying nonessential data. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Any new forms, accounts, analytics, hosting arrangements or advertising will require a revised policy and, where needed, an appropriate notice or consent mechanism. The owner should obtain advice on applicable Malaysian personal-data laws before public release.
