Why PCBCalc.my exists
A monthly payslip can contain several figures that look similar but serve different purposes: PCB income tax, EPF savings, SOCSO protection and EIS contributions. PCBCalc.my brings these items together in one readable screen so employees can explore how deductions may affect take-home pay.
Our calculator focuses on selected Malaysian payroll circumstances for tax year 2026. It offers estimated results for supported inputs, not a full payroll system for every employee or employer.
What you can use here
- Enter eligible monthly salary details and review an estimated deductions breakdown.
- Explore selected family, annual-bonus, prior-payroll and approved-relief fields where the calculator explicitly supports them.
- Print or export supported estimates to help discuss a payslip with your employer.
- Read plain-language guides that explain what each deduction does and what to verify.
How we handle accuracy
We refer to public guidance from HASiL, KWSP and PERKESO. The calculator is an independent pilot with limits; we do not claim that its outputs are approved, certified or reviewed by any of those authorities. If a scenario is unsupported or your inputs are uncertain, seek your employer's payroll records or a qualified Malaysian professional rather than relying on the estimate.
